Following the government guidance, we have decided to cancel all school trips up to 31st of August 2020.
If you have made a payment for a trip which has been cancelled as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, please use our secure form below to request your refund. You will need a security code in order to complete this form.
Any refunds not claimed by 1/7/20 will be refunded automatically onto the student’s lunch account and will no longer be available to be refunded by BACS. Any refund requests received by 1/7/20 will continue to be processed by BACS in order of when they were received.
GDPR statement: Any data entered onto these forms will be only available to those staff whom are directly dealing with school trip refunds. All this data will be kept for 3 months in case of any queries from parents, after which the data will be deleted.
