Parents evenings are really important dates in the academic year where parents and carers can gain useful information about the progress their child is making and how we can work as a team to ensure that every student achieves their maximum potential. It is essential that teachers and parents work together to support their child and parents evenings are the perfect opportunity to have these discussions, make plans and set goals for the future.
We are now using an online system called Parents Evening System for making bookings to see teachers at parents evenings. This should make the booking process smoother, allowing parents to receive email confirmation of bookings and helping staff know who, and when, they are due to see.
If you have any problems using the system please email email@example.com where one of our IT team will endeavor to assist as soon as possible.
FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
What if I have no internet access?
Please contact reception who will make the appointment on your behalf
How do I login?
Please click the link above and enter your details. Your title (Mr/Mrs etc.) and surname must match the records we hold on you as must the student details (forename, surname and DOB). If you still cannot login, and you are sure the details are correct, please contact reception so we can cross check the information we hold on file.
How do I receive appointment confirmation?
The email address you type in when you login to make your appointments will be used to send you a confirmation, you can either print this to bring with you or access your emails on your mobile device during the evening.
What if I forget my appointment list?
The students at the front desk will have a ‘master’ list so will be able to assist on the evening.
When I login, how do I make appointments?
You will see a grid, showing all your child’s teachers and the available slots. You can then click on each slot you require; the system enforces 5 minutes between slots to give you ‘travel time’ between appointments. You can choose which teachers you wish to see, when groups are shared between teachers you will need to book with the lead teacher.
